Financial Crime

• Implement and maintain an enterprise-wide integrated risk management governance framework
• Oversee and develop comprehensive procedures for Customer Due Diligence (CDD), including onboarding and ongoing monitoring
• Design and manage processes for identifying, assessing, and mitigating key business risks across the organisation
• Facilitate the development and maintenance of risk-related corporate policies, including those covering credit and counterparty risk, market risk, operational risk, compliance, information and physical security, acceptable use, and business continuity planning
• Build and maintain a high level of trust and credibility with business partners, regulatory bodies, and customers
• Manage AML control activities across relevant business units, ensuring consistent application and effectiveness of controls

• Own and manage the full sales cycle from outbound lead generation and qualification through to commercial negotiation and deal close
• Build and maintain a strong, well-qualified sales pipeline to consistently meet and exceed revenue targets
• Deliver tailored product demonstrations to prospective partners and merchants, confidently addressing commercial, operational, and technical requirements

Senior Business Development Manager – Payment Gateway, Merchant Acquiring

Compliance

• Serve as the Malta compliance lead, overseeing all compliance activities and reporting to the MFSA and BoM
• Prepare and deliver reports for the Board of Directors and executive stakeholders
• Develop and maintain risk and compliance programs aligned with Maltese regulations and Windcave global standards
• Ensure policies, procedures, and controls are up to date and effectively implemented
• Oversee enterprise-wide risk management processes
• Act as the local Data Protection Officer (DPO) and liaise with the global DPO to ensure GDPR compliance
• Coordinate internal/external audits and regulatory reviews
• Facilitate staff training on risk, compliance, and data protection matters

• Manage and administer Microsoft Windows Client and Server OS, Active Directory, GPO, DNS, and DHCP services.
• Oversee virtualisation technologies, network switches, wireless access points, and server hardware.

• Develop and implement automation and scripting solutions, particularly using Powershell.
