About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Proactively identify and engage new customers through cold calling, email outreach, and social selling
- Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of prospects, working toward clear sales targets
- Qualify leads and run your own sales conversations independently, with senior backup when needed
- Learn to present Windcave's solutions confidently, full training on products, pricing, and the payments landscape provided
- Keep CRM records accurate and track your activity and performance against individual KPIs
- Represent Windcave at industry events, trade shows, and networking forums
Requirements
What you’ll need- 2025 or 2026 graduate
- Strong academic background
- Strong communicator, written and verbal
- Curious, tech-comfortable, fast learner
- Resilient and target-driven
- Right to work in the UK (No sponsorship)
