About the role
- Plan, execute, and analyze full-funnel campaigns; Write persuasive copy for multiple platforms; Apply UX principles to improve websites, emails, and campaigns; Manage campaign calendars and coordinate deliverables; Create cohesive cross-channel messaging; Partner with Strategic Communications, CRM, Design, and Ops; Use AI tools for content creation; Use data and feedback to optimize campaigns; Support strategic communications initiatives.
Requirements
- Marketing campaign planning and execution experience, Copywriting, UX and user-centered design knowledge, Experience with HubSpot, Grow, Sales Message, G Suite, Asana, Generative AI tools, Canva familiarity, Collaboration skills, Detail-oriented, Mission-driven, Growth-oriented, Ability to work occasional evenings/weekends during peak enrollment cycles.
