About the role

  • Lead design, operations, and facilitation for Match Group’s flagship programs end to end (e.g., manager and leadership development, mentorship, sponsorship, coaching), including annual planning, programming, logistics, and evaluation
  • Design and facilitate high-impact intact team workshops (e.g., DiSC, team effectiveness, change management) and create scalable toolkits for brand-wide use
  • Lead learning content creation and iteration efforts, including toolkits, facilitation guides, and on-demand resources
  • Oversee operations for key vendor partnerships like on-demand coaching, ensuring alignment with talent development goals
  • Activate learning platforms (e.g., Udemy) through campaigns, communications, programming, and cross-brand engagement strategies
  • Contribute to tech upskilling initiatives, including AI literacy and productivity tools like ChatGPT, by designing or curating content and supporting enablement
  • Apply continuous improvement mindset to learning operations, using learner feedback, data, and best practices to evolve programs
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders on the strategy and execution of future leadership development programs (e.g., for senior leaders and early career talent)
  • Partner with People & Talent teams across brands to localize delivery and ensure consistency, alignment, and impact of learning initiatives globally

Requirements

  • You have 5+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Talent Management, Organizational Development, or related fields.
  • You have demonstrated experience designing and facilitating learning programs for diverse audiences.
  • You have strong instructional design and facilitation skills, with a focus on adult learning and experiential design.
  • You have excellent program management skills – can move initiatives from concept to execution with clear milestones, communications, and outcomes.
  • You have experience with tools such as DiSC, Enneagram, 360 feedback, Hogan, or coaching-based frameworks.
  • You have strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills, with comfort operating in a matrixed, global environment.
  • You are strategic and learner-focused – able to translate business and talent needs into relevant development offerings.
  • You are comfortable working with vendors and managing vendor relationships.
  • You have the ability to use data and learner insights to shape and evolve programs for impact.
  • Nice to Haves: Master’s degree in OD, HR, I/O Psychology, or related field
  • Nice to Haves: Experience working with Workday or other talent/performance systems
  • Nice to Haves: Experience with Litmos or other Learning Management Systems
