Define and own the end-to-end digital enablement strategy for Workday Finance, spanning AI, automation, finance applications, and insights.
Create a multi-year roadmap for consolidating finance applications onto the Workday ecosystem.
Own the strategy and delivery of agentic AI, RPA, LLM, and machine learning solutions across Finance.
Provide hands-on technical leadership across AI/ML engineering, automation engineering, and finance applications teams.

Requirements

15+ years of experience leading digital, automation, or AI functions in complex enterprise environments.
Deep hands-on expertise in AI/ML engineering, automation platforms, and enterprise system architecture.
Proven experience building and scaling global teams and enterprise automation operating models.
Bachelor’s Degree required; advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related field strongly preferred.
