About the role

  • Generate innovative and engaging topic ideas aligned with thought leadership themes and campaign objectives.
  • Strategically contribute to the overall content strategy and oversee the end-to-end content creation process.
  • Identify, recruit, and manage internal and external authors and subject matter experts.
  • Collaborate with production and social media teams to ensure timely and efficient delivery of content.
  • Regularly track and analyze content performance to inform future content strategy.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in editorial management, content marketing, journalism, or a related field
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful thought leadership content strategies
  • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Experience working with senior executives and external stakeholders
  • Bachelor's degree in journalism, communications, or a related field
