About the role

  • Lead full-cycle recruiting for G&A and GTM roles including teams such as Finance, Legal, People, Strategy & Operations, Marketing, Sales, and Partnerships
  • Partner closely with hiring managers and senior leaders, bringing a consultative approach to role scoping, hiring strategy, and decision-making
  • Own multiple searches at once across varying levels of complexity, prioritizing effectively while maintaining a high bar for quality
  • Proactively source and attract top talent for specialized and competitive roles, leveraging creative sourcing strategies beyond inbound and LinkedIn
  • Manage the end-to-end candidate experience, from kickoff through offer and close, ensuring a thoughtful, efficient, and inclusive process
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to develop strong job descriptions, hiring plans, interview rubrics, and evaluation criteria
  • Gather and incorporate feedback from candidates and stakeholders to continuously improve the recruiting process and candidate experience
  • Contribute to the growth and development of the recruiting team by sharing best practices and supporting a culture of continuous improvement
  • Build and refine scalable recruiting processes that support company growth while remaining flexible for nuanced, high-impact hires
  • Champion inclusive hiring practices and actively seek diverse perspectives across all searches

Requirements

  • 5+ years of recruiting experience for GTM and G&A teams, in fast-paced environments
  • Proven experience as a full-stack recruiter and know how to manage the entire process of a candidate end to end.
  • You have experience in sourcing and building relationships with passive talent.
  • You are data-focused and measure pipeline health to balance priorities and set expectations.
  • Comfortable with ownership and managing multiple roles.
  • Providing an incredible candidate experience in the hiring process.
  • A champion for diversity hiring & inclusive interview practices.
