💰 $150,000 - $165,000 per year
About the role
- Serve as a strategic partner to leadership and support a portion of the company’s Senior Leadership Team
- Own complex scheduling and calendar management and ensure executives’ calendars have clear context and impactful use of time
- Act as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients and other external partners
- Coordinate and manage team events and offsites
- Make travel and accommodation arrangements
- Manage and submit expense reports
- Create, update and finalize internal and external communication – memos, emails, presentations, reports
- Be a sounding board for the climate within all levels of the org(s) you support and work with cross-functional partners accordingly
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- Manage leaders’ calendars, set up meetings, and provide opportunities for executives to stay on top of tasks and timelines
Requirements
- 4+ years of proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or similar role
- Excellent Google Suite and Slack knowledge
- Adaptable and flexible. You are an expert at navigating change and ambiguity. You thrive in dynamic, fast paced and remote work environments
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills
- Works collaboratively with peers
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Discretion and confidentiality
- Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks at once
- Demonstrates executive presence
- Team members in this role are required to be within commuting distance of our San Francisco or Los Angeles hubs.
