About the role
- Own recruiting operations programs for our Engineering, Product, and Design teams
- Manage interview training programs, including scheduling and delivering trainings and maintaining training materials
- Own and scale our Quality of Hire program
- Identify and drive operational improvements to ensure recruiting programs and processes are effective, efficient, and scalable
- Partner with the Technical Recruiting organization on a variety of initiatives, including:
- Developing and leading recruiting-focused projects for hiring teams and leadership
- Driving cross-functional initiatives by facilitating communication, coordination, planning, and execution across recruiting and partner teams
- Leverage data to define success metrics, evaluate program impact, and inform strategic decisions
- Contribute to other business-critical recruiting initiatives as needed
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in recruiting operations, recruiting, and/or program, change, or project management in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- A passion for building new, inclusive, and scalable programs
- Strong ownership, autonomy, critical thinking skills, and attention to detail
- A demonstrated ability to think creatively and build programs from the ground up
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A data-driven approach to problem solving; you enjoy identifying trends and turning insights into action
- Adaptability and a growth mindset, with the ability to shift priorities as circumstances change
