About the role
- Take the lead on projects ranging from creative websites to complex web applications
- Create concepts, user journeys, and prototypes
- Design interfaces that are both beautiful and usable
- Collaborate closely with clients, users, and the team of designers and developers
- Bring strengths in branding, motion, or visual craft to push projects further
- Advocate for design quality across the company and mentor/lift others with your knowledge
- Own the design process from A to Z and deliver end-to-end design work
Requirements
- Proven experience as a senior designer (agency or product side)
- Strong visual design skills paired with product design expertise
- Confidence in Figma (our main tool)
- Understanding of web technologies and how design meets development
- Excellent communication in English (spoken & written)
- Ability to own the design process from A to Z
- Bonus: skills in branding, motion, or interaction design
- Portfolio with best projects required
- 1–3 minute video walkthrough (Loom, YouTube, etc.) required — applications without the video won’t be considered
