About the role
- Process end-to-end sales administration: order entry, order fulfillment, contract and dispute management, billing, master data
- Book orders in ERP system and create sales orders (SOs)
- Handle customer requests via email/phone and ensure resolution
- Update ERP regarding clients, supplies, pricing
- Gather information from logistics partners and inform customers on availability and deliveries
- Offer resolutions for credit/debit notes and reimbursements
- Build relationships with clients and sales representatives
- Check and resolve discrepancies between client POs and system information
- Communicate with warehouse and forwarders to handle deliveries and returns
- Prepare export, transport, and customs documents
- Monitor assigned orders and customer requests daily
- Resolve issues regarding damaged goods or shipment delays; escalate problems as needed
- Handle complaints related to logistics and return transports
- Propose process improvements and participate in implementation projects
Requirements
- Communicative level of English
- High School Degree (University graduate or Economic studies are an advantage)
- Customer service experience (would be a plus)
- Similar experience in the field
- Work experience with an ERP system (SAP - advantage)
- Personal culture and client management expertise
- High motivation and ability to learn
- Ability to work under time pressure
