About the role

  • Processes admissions applications in accordance with University and Colleges’ policies, goals, and rules on admissibility of undergraduate and graduate students.
  • Advises applicants regarding admissions requirements, eligibility for admission, program options, and other matters related to their admission to the University.
  • Serves as a resource to students, parents, the University community, High Schools, and other feeder institutions regarding admission to the University.
  • Keeps informed regarding academic program requirements, enrollment restrictions, and other issues related to recruiting and admitting students.
  • Assists in maintaining and updating admission records and files.
  • Responds to all emails, cases, and admission decision inquiries promptly.
  • Reviews appeals to admissions decisions and/or requirements.
  • Evaluate and authenticate applicants’ transcripts, diplomas, and other documentation.
  • Work with external agencies, schools, and credentialing organizations to confirm document validity.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement fraud prevention strategies.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned by Admissions Leadership.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field of study or equivalent
  • Two (2) years of enrollment or admissions experience
