Processes admissions applications in accordance with University and Colleges’ policies, goals, and rules on admissibility of undergraduate and graduate students.
Advises applicants regarding admissions requirements, eligibility for admission, program options, and other matters related to their admission to the University.
Serves as a resource to students, parents, the University community, High Schools, and other feeder institutions regarding admission to the University.
Keeps informed regarding academic program requirements, enrollment restrictions, and other issues related to recruiting and admitting students.
Assists in maintaining and updating admission records and files.
Responds to all emails, cases, and admission decision inquiries promptly.
Reviews appeals to admissions decisions and/or requirements.
Evaluate and authenticate applicants’ transcripts, diplomas, and other documentation.
Work with external agencies, schools, and credentialing organizations to confirm document validity.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement fraud prevention strategies.
Performs other related duties as assigned by Admissions Leadership.
Requirements
