Hi! 👋 I’m Moses, based in Kenya 🇰🇪, and I’m the Sales Manager for East Africa at WeTravel.
We’re on the lookout for a dedicated and results-driven Account Executive to join our global sales team — with a special focus on the vibrant multi-day tour operator market in Africa (including Safari tours as major customers).
I actually started at WeTravel as an Account Executive myself, so I truly understand the impact and growth potential this role offers. South Africa is a rapidly growing and dynamic market, and since we began focusing here, we’ve seen tremendous interest and momentum. This is a unique opportunity to take full ownership of your pipeline, build meaningful relationships, and help shape the future of travel tech in the region.
Our goal? To become the number-one platform supporting tour operators across every niche — and we’d love for you to be part of that journey.
How We Work
Our Sales team combines independence with strong collaboration. In this role, you’ll manage the entire sales cycle—from identifying and contacting prospects, to running product demos, to closing deals and transitioning clients to our onboarding team. You’ll work in a high-volume, high-energy environment where your day-to-day will focus on what matters: outreach, consultative selling, demoing, and following up.
We focus on understanding each client's unique needs and aligning our solutions to match. You won’t just sell — you’ll guide and support potential customers in discovering how WeTravel (products) can truly help their business thrive.
We value proactive, solution-oriented individuals who aren’t afraid to take initiative, spot opportunities, and act on them. Our team moves fast, supports one another, and celebrates wins together — big and small.
We’re looking for someone who thrives on metrics like call volume, weekly closes, and building a loyal client base in a niche region. If you come from a safari tour or travel background, your insights will be incredibly valuable in connecting with and converting prospective clients.
