Answering Benefits inquiries and/or routing them to the appropriate SME to answer
Coordinate knowledge sharing to support succession planning and to meet future growth needs.
Ensure that the Global H&W knowledge base is up to date and expired data is archived appropriately.
Audit and analyze trends, utilization patterns that will provide insight to support data driven decisions and to show ROI
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business or related field or equivalent experience
Minimum four (4) years related work experience showing progressively more complex responsibilities in a substantive and relevant professional HR benefits position
Must be highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to build rapport over the phone
Ability to provide exceptional customer service through active listening, patience, and respond with resolutions or actionable next steps
Possess a high level of personal integrity with an emphasis on confidentiality and discretion in compliance with HIPAA
Independently manage, prioritize, and complete projects that have competing priorities in a fast paced-high volume environment meeting required deadlines
Experience using SuccessFactors, ADP, SAP, AlightWorkLife or equivalent HRIS for benefits administration
