- Craft compelling narratives and executive-level communications that distill complex financial data into clear, actionable insights
- Lead development of financial models and KPI frameworks to support Competitive Business Strategies
- Design, build, and maintain sophisticated models for investments, risk assessment, and scenario analysis
- Incorporate competitive benchmarking and market trends into financial analysis
- Translate operational and financial data into predictive insights to influence strategy and performance optimization
- Champion financial modernization initiatives: automation, advanced analytics, and improved forecasting
- Partner with business leaders to identify performance gaps, conduct root cause analysis, and develop solutions
- Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze performance against targets and support strategic initiatives
- Identify and lead process optimization and innovation projects to streamline financial processes
- Provide mentorship, technical guidance, and training to finance team members and serve as a trusted advisor
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in Financial Accounting/Reporting or a related field
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field and/or commensurate experience
