About the role
- Partner with senior leadership across LATAM to align HR strategies with business goals
- Champion a culture of excellence, engagement, and performance
- Act as a Career Success Manager, supporting employees in their career growth and development
- Provide expert guidance on employee relations, compensation, performance management, and organizational development
- Collaborate with global HR to implement and localize core processes, policies, and standards
- Manage the full employee lifecycle: contract creation, preboarding, onboarding, development, and offboarding
- Prepare and maintain internal documentation including contracts, annexes, employment certificates, and reports
- Ensure accurate and compliant digital and paper employee records in line with local and global standards
- Coordinate with external vendors (payroll, legal, benefits, tax authorities) to ensure seamless HR service delivery
- Support HRIS data integrity and process optimization in systems like LeverX and HiBob
Requirements
- Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Public Administration or Economics or equivalent working experience
- Proven experience in both HR operations and strategic HR business partnering
- Strong understanding of LATAM labor laws and cultural nuances
- Passion for employee development and career enablement
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills in English and Spanish, both verbal and written
- Natural curiosity, readiness to learn and customer-service mindset
- High integrity to safeguard compliance standards and company values
- Ability to manage multiple, complex issues, think on your feet and prioritize projects
- Attention to detail, pragmatic approach and strong problem-solving skills
- Experience in a consulting environment is an asset
- Excellent Office 365 skills; previous experience with an HRIS is an asset
