About the role

  • We’re a growing company with team members around the world—and we’re looking for an organized and proactive HR Coordinator to support our people operations. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their HR career who wants to make a real impact in a collaborative and supportive environment.
  • This is a 6 month contract position with the potential to make a meaningful impact on HR operations and employee experience.
  • We offer a hybrid work environment, with four days per week in the office and one day remote.
  • Key Responsibilities: Maintain accurate employee records in the HRIS and ensure all digital files are complete and up to date; Coordinate onboarding/offboarding; Assist in developing and maintaining standard operating procedures (SOPs) for key HR workflows; Generate monthly and ad hoc HR reports and dashboards for the Senior Leadership Team (SLT); Support global compliance and audit readiness through accurate documentation and process tracking; Help coordinate internal training sessions and track employee training completion; Organize employee engagement activities and support internal HR communications; Provide recruitment coordination; Administer the company’s mobile phone plan and assist with employee equipment logistics; Provide general administrative support across the HR function and office operations as needed

Requirements

  • Completion of a relevant Human Resources qualification or previous experience in a similar role
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with high attention to detail
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with an HRIS (Bamboo) is a plus
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-starter with a collaborative mindset and a willingness to learn
