About the role
- Drive revenue growth by acquiring new agents and boosting performance at existing locations
- Manage the full sales cycle, including identifying prospects and negotiating terms
- Lead agent onboarding from contract negotiation through to activation and training
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the agent network
- Conduct regular visits to top-performing locations and proactively resolve issues
- Achieve productivity and revenue targets across all locations in your territory
Requirements
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Experience managing onboarding processes
- 2–3 years of sales experience in money transfer or financial services industry
- Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Willingness to travel up to 70% within the region
- Valid driving license required
- Familiarity with or interest in Eastern Europe, the Middle East, or surrounding regions
- A degree is advantageous, but equivalent experience is welcome
- Fluency in both English and German; additional languages are a plus
