socialize administrative details and setup items with internal Trust employees
work with clients on issues related to account onboarding into the Trust Company
ensure the account opening process is documented
test the account opening process and procedures for sufficiency
perform steps to open accounts including KYC onboarding, EDD if needed, and GWES setup
ensure governing documents adhere to the document standards
Requirements
3+ years of related experience
Bachelor's degree in related field required
Advanced knowledge of general banking operations, including deposit operations, loan administration, treasury management and/or other commercial banking products and services
Advanced knowledge of applicable regulatory and legal compliance obligations, rules and regulations, industry standards and practices
Intermediate to advanced experience using a variety of computer related equipment and software including Microsoft Office Suite
Advanced speaking and writing communication skills
Experience interpreting complex legal contracts
