Provide tactical support to field client users related to transformation of legacy systems onto a new Salesforce platform
Support defining data needs and assist design of plans to achieve those data needs
Support those engaged in reporting, data query, and analysis, by coordinating data information, and business planning/operations to help prospecting decision making
Support performance metric reporting, dashboard development, and administrative support to end users in the proper operation/use and modification of metric deliverables
Support system users in utilizing the application for data analysis of business information including historical, current, and predictive views of operations
Support training and assistance, support dashboard usage and development, help with historical and predictive view
Ensure system end users are identified and trained to understand the capabilities of the systems and the various gaps that may exist,
Troubleshoot and respond to system end-user issues, bridging the gap between operations and system development entities, identifying common issues and developing resolutions
Assist System Analyst by providing analysis that supports evaluation of proposed configuration changes
Provide feedback to customer management and share CRM best practices, standardization, manpower analysis, and refining the requirements
Support planning, inform development, and support roll-out of Salesforce new features through analysis of reports, views, activity logs, and other Salesforce capabilities
Travel, if deemed necessary, to conduct training and support to field locations
Maintain a list of tasks underway for transparency, tracking, status, and history;
Support the entire software developmental life cycle to include analyzing the hardware and software while keeping lines of communication open with stakeholders.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business, information technology, human resources, general studies
4 years’ in training / recruiting with degree, 8 years without a degree
Experience in Recruiting, Training, Project Management, and Business Process Improvement
1+ years Salesforce Administration and/or Support experience, and/or Certifications: Salesforce, Project Management Professional (PMP), CompTIA Security Plus, not required, but desired
Secret Clearance required
