About the role
- Observe strategic HR discussions, assist with employee relations documentation, and support change initiatives
- Learn from experienced HR professionals and actively participate in the execution of HR strategies
- Support recruiting activities including job postings, interview coordination, and candidate sourcing and outreach
- Shadow recruiters during interviews and debrief sessions
- Support performance management and talent program initiatives
- Assist in organizing training sessions and materials, manage LMS content, analyze training effectiveness and feedback collection
- Contribute to compensation analysis, benefits communications, and wellness initiatives
- Maintain HRIS data, support compliance tracking, and help improve HR processes
- Assist with creating reports and presentations
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Strong interest in human resources and a desire to actively learn and contribute to HR strategies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
- Self-motivated and eager to explore various aspects of HR functions
- Team player with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic
