About the role
- Observe strategic HR discussions, assist with employee relations documentation, and support change initiatives.
- Support recruiting activities including job postings, interview coordination, and candidate sourcing and outreach.
- Shadow recruiters during interviews and debrief sessions.
- Support performance management and talent program initiatives.
- Assist in organizing training sessions and materials, manage LMS content, analyze training effectiveness and feedback collection.
- Contribute to compensation analysis, benefits communications, and wellness initiatives.
- Maintain HRIS data, support compliance tracking, and help improve HR processes.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong interest in human resources and a desire to actively learn and contribute to HR strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Self-motivated and eager to explore various aspects of HR functions.
- Team player with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
