About the role
- Overseeing the corporate accounting function
- Managing global accounting operations, including consolidation and elimination processes
- Leading financial systems initiatives, process improvements, and training programs for the accounting team
- Supporting internal and external audits
- Managing integration efforts related to acquisitions
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- CPA certification or Master’s degree preferred
- Minimum of 7 years of progressive accounting/finance experience
- 3+ years of experience in technical accounting, acquisition integration, or system implementation preferred
- Experience in a multinational manufacturing environment
- Familiarity with JD Edwards Financials, Planning Analytics, and Power BI
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
