Support the Accounting team with day-to-day operations and special projects
Assist with the monthly and quarterly close process, including preparing journal entries and account reconciliations
Help with financial statement analysis and reporting
Learn and apply U.S. GAAP principles to real-world accounting scenarios
Collaborate with various teams to gather information and resolve accounting discrepancies
Contribute to process improvements and automation initiatives
Participate in ad-hoc accounting projects and support financial reporting deliverables
In-person attendance expected at least 3 days per week in New York, Menlo Park, or Chicago offices
Requirements
Currently enrolled in a full-time, degree-seeking program in Accounting, Finance, or a related field with an expected graduation date in Winter 2026/Spring 2027
Strong written and verbal communication and analytical skills
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial statements
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Passion for working and learning in a fast-growing company
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
