Lead client discovery to identify business needs and match the appropriate WellSky solution(s) to the opportunity.
Understand WellSky Transfusion, Biotherapies and Analytics solutions to determine competitive edge and maintain a deep level of industry knowledge to know what the market is needing.
Identify competitive differentiators and functional gaps that may need to be addressed/closed within the solution to win the deal/client.
Lead creation of written responses to complex, large RFP and RFI opportunities.
Conduct in-depth solution demonstrations and remain involved in pre-sales conversations to prospective clients.
Identify which solutions should be proposed and ensure proposed offers are captured in the Proposal, Order Form / Statement of Work.
Work with Solutions (R&D) to provide guidance on roadmap for WellSky solutions to meet market needs.
Work cross-functionally with Marketing & Sales teams to maintain marketing materials and video recordings of functionality and webinars.
Participate in strategic roadmap discussions regarding new markets.
Lead clinical knowledge share and training for sales teams to support product proficiency and new release/roadmap.
