Collaborate with customers (Stakeholders) to identify pain points and opportunities, translating them into tailored solutions.
Develop high-level architecture and strategies that align with customer business goals and technical requirements.
Communicate the advantages of the proposed solutions effectively to stakeholders, including CIO/CTO level executives.
Create and present demonstrations to validate the proposed solutions and showcase their capabilities.
Work with the sales team to create detailed technical proposals, including solution architectures, scopes of work, implementation plans, builds of materials with cost estimates.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to provide strategic insights.
Lead and participate in workshops, best practice overviews, and educational sessions for customers and partners.
Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree is a plus, however, not required.
6+ years of experience in hardware architecture, systems design, or technical consulting.
Proven expertise in enterprise integration with Dell, Ruckus, HP, Fortinet and other enterprise providers.
Strong understanding of security, compliance, and performance optimization.
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
