About the role
- Build product roadmap and strategy for API and Studio teams
- Define and drive customer experience and technical features of API, developer experience, and voice editing Studio suite
- Partner with design and engineering to create and execute product roadmap
- Drive the API product forward and nurture the developer community
- Develop quantitative and qualitative understandings of growth opportunities across user segments, countries, and platforms
- Form and validate data-driven hypotheses to accelerate customer retention and revenue
- Design and deploy hypothesis-driven product tests and integrate usability studies and user research
- Capture insights from growth test successes and failures and communicate them broadly
- Lead a squad to deliver high-quality product experiences on time and to specification
- Monitor market and technology trends and competitive landscape
- Contribute to the development of the Product Management practice at WellSaid
Requirements
- Senior product management experience at a similar-stage tech company or product agency
- Previous experience working on API products and features
- Experience using analytics and business intelligence platforms to write reports and perform cohort analysis
- Familiarity with common SaaS KPIs
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organization and process-oriented skills
- Empathy for users and experience integrating user research
- Strong expertise in product design and development; experience partnering with designers and engineers
- Experience with the Shape Up product development methodology is a plus
- Must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident
- Must pass a pre-employment background check
