Perform moderately complex data mining from very large, complex and multiple data sources using various tools, including SAS, SQL, SSIS/SSRS
Coordinate and drive a common approach to reporting in support of the Fraud and Claims Management team
Partner in the development of moderately complex dashboards and visualizations using Tableau and/or PowerBI, attaching to multiple sources, tiered levels of security and varied data sets
Provide consulting services to Operations Leadership and partners around analytics, dashboard development and data mining
Provide insight and knowledge around obtaining data and its extraction from various systems including Prevent, Fraud Services, DAT, CLAIMS2, First Track, DASH, CCM, LU, CSTAR, and BMG
May lead project/virtual teams and communicate effectively with peers and partners in operational and management areas
Support technical build-out and/or support of databases, query tools, reporting tools, BI tools, dashboards that enable analysis, modeling, and/or data visualization
Create, implement, document, validate, articulate and defend, and maintain complex models to quantify, analyze, and manage customer complaints
Requirements
4+ years of Analytics experience (or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, education)
4+ years of SQL experience
Demonstrated data visualization experience using a BI Tool e.g., Tableau, Microsoft BI
SAS experience, including SAS Visual Analytics and/or SAS Visual Investigator
Demonstrated SQL skills to include the ability to write complex queries and database knowledge across Wells Fargo systems (BMG, EIW, PEGA, NICE, INDIGO, HOGAN, SASGrid)
Experience with SSIS/SSRS
Experience with BI tools and dashboard development (Tableau, PowerBI)
Experience with AI tools to develop analytic solutions to complex business problems
Extensive knowledge and understanding of research and analysis
Ability to execute in a fast paced, high demand environment while balancing multiple priorities
Ability to translate complex technical needs into straightforward requests and present complex material to all levels of management
Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills; ability to collaborate and work independently
Master's degree or higher in a quantitative field preferred (applied math, statistics, engineering, physics, accounting, finance, economics, econometrics, computer sciences, or business/social and behavioral sciences with a quantitative emphasis)
