Drive automation, develop APIs, reduce operational toil, and enable self-service capabilities using Generative AI and Agent development
Design, deploy, and maintain cloud-native solutions using containerization and orchestration tools such as Docker and Kubernetes
Develop and maintain infrastructure as code using APIs & Scripts and automate operational tasks using Python and other scripting tools
Leverage Artificial Intelligence and Python frameworks to identify and eliminate toil and build intelligent self-service solutions for internal teams
Administer and optimize Linux-based environments across cloud platforms
Partner with engineering and development teams to create reusable automation patterns and scalable infrastructure solutions
Ensure systems are secure, compliant, and aligned with best practices and organizational policies
Participate in change and incident management processes and provide on-call support
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and engage with stakeholders to enable and operationalize platform solutions
Requirements
5+ years of Systems Engineering, Technology Architecture experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
5+ years of experience in cloud engineering or related roles
Strong proficiency in Linux system administration
Hands-on experience with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes)
Expertise in developing APIs and UI development using Python for operations modernization
Experience implementing AI/ML solutions by leveraging existing enterprise models in operational workflows
Familiarity with Prompt engineering concepts and tools (e.g., LangChain, LangGraph, OpenAI function calling)
