About the role

Provide operational support and incident resolution for all Wells Fargo Messaging services
Participate in complex technical issues and initiatives related to enterprise collaboration systems and infrastructure
Monitor system performance, identify trends, and implement improvements to enhance reliability and user experience
Analyze technical queries and service requests, extract relevant data, and create reports or dashboards to support decision-making
Recommend solutions for recurring technical issues and contribute to root cause analysis efforts
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment with governance, compliance, and security standards
Document operational procedures and contribute to knowledge base articles for internal use
Join and support a 24x7x365 Messaging Platform Operations production team

5+ years of Systems Engineering, Technology Architecture experience or equivalent (work experience, training, military experience, education)
5+ years senior Messaging/SMTP experience in a large corporate environment with 10,000 plus employees
2+ years senior Proofpoint experience (Proofpoint On Demand, Proofpoint Protection Systems, Proofpoint Secure Email Relay, Proofpoint Cloudmark, Proofpoint Sentrions)
2+ years senior Exchange Online, Exchange 2019 on-prem/hybrid and Microsoft Defender
Ability to provide operational support and incident resolution for 24x7x365 production environments
Availability for on-call support and off-hours maintenance

Good understanding of Active Directory/Azure, Load Balancers, Windows Server 2019, DNS, proxy, firewalls (desired)
Experience with Agile/Jira, Service Now, Enterprise Monitoring/Observability tools, Splunk queries and reporting (desired)
Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation and reporting (desired)
Financial institution experience and knowledge of regulatory, audit, and control work (desired)
