Salesforce Consultant

• You will further develop the existing Sales Cloud: data model, processes, automations — independently from requirements analysis through design to implementation.
• You will advance Lead-to-Cash processes: opportunity management, forecasting, and sales workflows.
• You will automate business processes using Flow Builder, Approval Processes, and AI features.
• You will be responsible for integrations with SAP, ServiceNow, and M365 — and continue to evolve them.
• You will develop Agentforce use cases in the sales context and bring them into production.
• You will define and establish best practices for configuration and data modeling.
• You will engage users and teams where skepticism about the platform remains — through solution quality and clear communication.
• You will run technical workshops and moderate requirements discussions with various stakeholders.
• You will ensure clear documentation so knowledge stays within the team.
• You will support presales with technical advice and effort estimations.
