About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Further development and expansion of the existing Sales Cloud structures
Automation of business processes using Flow Builder, Approval Processes and AI capabilities
Responsibility for integrations with SAP, ServiceNow and M365
Definition and establishment of best practices for configuration and data modeling
Drive user and team adoption and lead technical workshops
Provide technical consulting and support effort estimations

Requirements

What you’ll need

Several years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce consultant with a focus on Sales Cloud — you have not only specified solutions but built them yourself (Apex, Lightning)
Strong understanding of the Salesforce platform (data model, automation, integrations)
Experience in process automation with Flow Builder and Approval Processes
Experience with data-driven processes and AI/agent solutions (Agentforce)
Proven experience with Agentforce or at least Einstein AI in a sales context
Experience in stakeholder management and in facilitating technical workshops
German — business fluent (C1); English — fluent (B2)
