About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • You will further develop the existing Sales Cloud: data model, processes, automations — working independently from requirements analysis and design through to implementation.
  • You will advance Lead-to-Cash processes: opportunity management, forecasting, and sales workflows.
  • You will automate business processes using Flow Builder, Approval Processes and AI features.
  • You will be responsible for integrations with SAP, ServiceNow and M365 — and further enhance them.
  • You will develop Agentforce use cases in the sales context and bring them into production.
  • You will define and establish best practices for configuration and data modeling.
  • You will engage users and teams where skepticism toward the platform still exists — through solution quality and clear communication.
  • You will run technical workshops and moderate requirements discussions with diverse stakeholders.
  • You will ensure clear documentation — so knowledge remains within the team.
  • You will support presales with technical consulting and effort estimates.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Several years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce consultant with a focus on Sales Cloud
  • You have not only specified Salesforce solutions but built and operated them yourself (APEX, Lightning knowledge)
  • Very good understanding of the Salesforce platform (data model, automation, integrations)
  • Experience in process automation with Flow Builder and Approval Processes
  • Experience with data-driven processes and AI/agent solutions (Agentforce)
  • Proven experience with Agentforce or at least Einstein AI in a sales context
  • Experience in stakeholder management and moderating technical workshops
  • German: business fluent (C1); English: fluent (B2)
