About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Responsible for the overall software architecture of our ERP platform
Implement and maintain CI/CD, automated testing, and quality assurance standards
Identify opportunities for AI-assisted automation in the development process
Technical leadership of a team of 3–4 experienced developers
Liaise with executive management on the technical roadmap and translate technical realities into strategic decisions
Structure collaboration and processes within the team

Requirements

What you’ll need

Several years of software development experience, including at least 1–2 years in a leadership role with product responsibility
Proven practical understanding of modern software architectures — from Clean Architecture to Domain-Driven Design (DDD)
Proficiency in object-oriented languages, ideally .NET/C#
Experience with frontend technologies such as Angular and React
Experience with MS SQL Server and PostgreSQL
Familiarity with using AI tools in day-to-day development
Ability to explain complex technical topics clearly, in German (C1) and English (B2)
