Relationship Manager, Business Banking – Law Firms

Director

• Direct management and continuous improvement of counterparty stress testing program, including daily PFE calculation and MTM portfolio reporting
• Manage quarterly stress testing under various market scenarios and validate comprehensiveness of stress testing data
• Reporting & analytics: track counterparty limits, concentrations, exceptions, and potential audit findings; build/maintain counterparty scorecard metrics aligned to RAF, DFAST and Reg. F
• Active monitoring and enhancement of counterparty surveillance program and early warning indicators

• Support specialized performance analytic requests
• Support the Pricing & Performance Analytics team with ongoing, scheduled and ad hoc analysis requests
• Topics can include but are not limited to competitive pricing, documenting deposit and cost of funds performance to plan, product analytics, product and customer lifetime value analysis, cost of funds analysis, cross-sell analysis, campaign tracking, line of business performance
• Support Consumer Bank pricing policies and controls including documenting audit trails and drafting of certain Consumer Bank Pricing Committee meeting materials and documentation of meeting minutes
• Also ensure all processes and procedures are documented and up to date, and provides operational support for pricing changes

Manager, Consumer Bank Deposit Product Pricing and Performance Analytics

• RCSA QA Execution: Execute and oversee QA reviews across all business line owned RCSAs, evaluating the quality of RCSA submissions across non-financial risk types
• Risk Documentation Review: Review risk statements, impact/likelihood ratings, control narratives, and residual risk assessments for completeness, clarity, and alignment with enterprise standards and risk taxonomy
• Quality and Consistency: Identify gaps, weaknesses, or inconsistencies in RCSA documentation and provide practical, risk-based recommendations to strengthen risk assessments
• Elevate RCSA Quality: Provide constructive feedback and escalate systemic gaps and emerging themes
• Promote Risk Culture and Awareness: Serve as a subject matter expert to promote best practices in identifying and assessing non-financial risks (e.g., operational resilience, data privacy, regulatory compliance, information security, and vendor risk)

• Lead audit engagements over Risk Management functions and execute testing of the design and operating effectiveness of controls and compliance with laws, regulations, and policies specific to dedicated portfolio elements.

The estimated salary range for this position is $150,000.00 to $175,000.00.
Actual salary may vary up or down depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
In addition, this position is eligible for incentive compensation.
