About the role
- Daily processing of incoming and outgoing domestic and international wire transfers
- Facilitate processing of domestic and international wire transfers adhering to internal and industry deadlines
- Perform client callbacks as required
- Perform exception OFAC reviews and refer to BSA Department towards resolution as needed
- Process daily service requests from internal partners including Fed Service Messages and Returns
- Process Drawdowns timely and accurately
- Ensure compliance with all regulations, policies, and procedures
- Recommend changes and enhancements to management when appropriate
- Rolls up to the Wire Operations Manager which is part of Payment Services in Deposit Operations
Requirements
- At least 3 years of banking experience
- Customer Service experience preferred
- Comfortable working in a fast passed environment
- High School diploma or GED is required
- Candidates with advanced degrees (Associates, Bachelor’s, and/or Master’s) preferred
- Candidates with some combination of coursework and experience, or extensive related professional experience, are eligible for consideration
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office product suite and certifications as applicable to the position
- Telephone communication skills
