Partner with Revenue Leaders (Sales, CS, SE) to identify top priorities, performance gaps, and growth opportunities across the funnel
Design and deliver engaging, interactive training and learning experiences that drive long-term behavior change and measurable impact across New and Existing Business teams
Build and manage outcome-driven enablement strategies that support onboarding and ongoing development across roles and segments
Work with Product Marketing, Product, Operations, and other cross-functional stakeholders to deliver clear, timely, and impactful enablement resources
Translate ambiguous inputs into actionable learning plans and enablement deliverables
Define success criteria, track enablement impact, and continuously iterate to improve program performance and drive business results
Evaluate and refine enablement tech stack (e.g., LMS, knowledge bases, sales content platforms) to enhance learning delivery, knowledge access, and field productivity
Lead adoption of programs, tools, and processes that enable revenue team success
Commute to the Chicago office as needed to support business priorities (no set hybrid schedule)
Requirements
6-8 years of progressive experience, including 4+ years in SaaS sales enablement with a blend of roles in Sales, Customer Experience, L&D, Sales Management, or Product Marketing
Proven track record of designing and executing enablement programs that support AE, SE, CS, Solutions across segments (Growth, Corporate, Enterprise)
Experience facilitating both live and asynchronous training that is informative, motivational, and rooted in real-world GTM challenges
Strong understanding of adult learning theory, instructional design, and enablement best practices
Fluency in revenue and productivity metrics and ability to use them to guide strategic decisions and showcase ROI
Working knowledge of MEDDPICC, SPICED, Challenger, or similar sales methodologies and how to embed them into training and workflows
Comfortable working with Learning Management Systems, Knowledge Management platforms, and Project Management software
Excellent written and verbal communication with the ability to influence and align stakeholders at all levels
Champion a learner’s mindset, bias for action, and desire to uplift others through enablement
Stay curious and open to growth — building fluency in emerging technologies like AI
Valid right to work authorization depending on country of employment
Willingness to commute to the Chicago office as needed to support business priorities
