About the role
- Lead the vision, strategy, and execution for a new, scalable AI product platform at Webflow
- Define and drive product strategy considering user needs, business objectives, and market opportunities
- Collaborate deeply with engineering, design, and cross-functional partners to scope, prioritize, and build next-gen product experiences for large customers and agencies from 0 → 1
- Drive roadmap alignment across executive stakeholders and advocate for new product investments that deliver long-term value
- Lead the creation and adoption of new APIs to enable interoperability across Webflow and external surfaces
- Partner with go-to-market and customer teams to develop positioning, onboarding, and feedback loops for new product adoption
- Stay curious and build fluency in emerging technologies to bring fresh perspectives to the team
- Report to the Senior Manager, Product Management and help build an enterprise-grade AI platform from the ground up
Requirements
- Deep product management experience in launching platforms including the 0-1 phase and scaling products
- Experience managing AI products; “AI native” with recent AI product management experience
- Proven ability to design editor platforms or modular products that scale with user needs
- Strong track record of shaping and launching highly technical products and comfort serving technical audiences
- Understanding of marketplace dynamics and platform-to-platform interfaces, with experience in integration product surfaces
- Ability to transform complex technical capabilities into intuitive, user-friendly experiences
- Comfortable participating in design sprints and ideating on Figma
- Exceptional, clear, and strategic communication skills; ability to influence across technical and non-technical audiences
- Ability to bring clarity through structured thinking, collaboration and iteration in ambiguous, fast-changing environments
- Prototyping skills: able to produce prototypes, wireframes, or mocks to validate ideas
- Must have valid right to work authorization depending on the country of employment
