Develop and drive the strategy for the end-to-end user lifecycle at Webflow to drive key revenue metrics and outcomes across sales-led, self serve, and partner motions.
Lead the Lifecycle Marketing team, helping uplevel the team and fostering their career growth.
Integrate and adopt AI into lifecycle programs, producing additive gains in terms of both efficiency and business impact.
Oversee and report on the execution of highly-targeted journeys as well as ad-hoc campaigns that help achieve company goals: nurture programs, product notifications, one-off messages, seasonal campaigns, etc.
Build the frameworks, infrastructure, and processes needed to scale Webflow’s lifecycle programs across multiple products and audiences.
Define and operationalize lifecycle measurement frameworks, including KPIs, attribution models, and health metrics across channels and motions.
Partner with Marketing Operations to best leverage and evolve the lifecycle marketing tech stack — ensuring data integrity and governance, seamless automations across channels, and the ability to deliver personalized experiences at scale.
Partner closely with other leaders across Marketing, Product, Partnerships, Data Science, and Engineering to develop personalized programs based on qualitative and quantitative insights.
Share and evangelize program learnings, results, and opportunities across the company.
Requirements
Have 8+ years of Marketing experience with at least 4+ years of experience focused on Lifecycle / CRM Marketing / Growth Marketing, unlocking and increasing revenue growth.
Have 3+ years of people management experience.
Have experience implementing and managing marketing automation/CRM systems (ie. Iterable), pushing the boundaries of what those systems can do.
Have prior experience defining and iterating on multi-channel engagement strategies (ie. email, in-app notifications), especially the utilization of AI/ML models and advanced targeting and triggering methods.
Are data-driven with the ability to understand and own the efficacy of strategies and tactics for improving acquisition, activation, and engagement metrics for a SaaS/subscription business.
Have experience with marketing platforms (mobile/desktop) like Segment, Census, Mixpanel, etc, and at least basic knowledge of HTML/CSS, SQL.
Stay curious and open to growth — actively building fluency in emerging technologies like AI to unlock creativity, accelerate progress, and amplify impact.
