About the role Evaluate existing TrueLark email journeys to identify gaps and recommend additional strategic touch points. Partner with stakeholders across TrueLark to conceptualize and implement email campaigns that drive results and elevate the customer experience. Monitor, analyze and own key performance metrics related to revenue generation and product adoption. Manage the end-to-end email production process, including copywriting, editing, creative asset coordination, HTML proofing and campaign execution. Optimize email programs continuously, through A/B testing and other methods, to improve performance and ensure alignment with branding standards. Maintain comprehensive documentation of email journeys to enhance internal visibility and cross-functional alignment. Report to Senior Manager, Lifecycle Marketing and collaborate cross-functionally. Requirements Minimum of 2 years’ experience in email marketing, preferably in the tech industry. Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, English or a related discipline. Proven ability to craft concise, compelling, customer-focused email content that drives engagement and delivers measurable results. Excellent communication skills, with a track record of effective cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder alignment. Demonstrated skill in conceptualizing and executing end-to-end lifecycle marketing strategies. Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring the highest levels of accuracy, consistency and brand alignment. Experience with key tools including Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Salesforce, HubSpot, Mailchimp, Asana and Lucidchart. Familiarity with AP Style / preference against Oxford comma.
