Systems Engineer

• Lead the analysis, documentation, and management of requirements for Salesforce solutions, ensuring alignment with enterprise program goals.
• Independently define and design robust, scalable solutions for complex business problems; create technical requirement proposals, process flows, and system diagrams.
• Drive the execution of large-scale, enterprise level digital transformation programs and own the BSA track from inception through delivery.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders; facilitate workshops, lead discussions, negotiate solutions, and build consensus.
• Lead and oversee testing cycles (UAT, regression, system integration testing) and develop training strategies and materials.
• Drive design, documentation, and hands-on implementation of optimized business processes and system changes to ensure integration and adoption.
• Operate independently to identify issues, propose solutions, and drive initiatives.
