About the role
- Lead the analysis, documentation, and management of requirements for Salesforce solutions, ensuring alignment with enterprise program goals.
- Independently define and design robust, scalable solutions for complex business problems; create technical requirement proposals, process flows, and system diagrams.
- Drive the execution of large-scale, enterprise level digital transformation programs and own the BSA track from inception through delivery.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders; facilitate workshops, lead discussions, negotiate solutions, and build consensus.
- Lead and oversee testing cycles (UAT, regression, system integration testing) and develop training strategies and materials.
- Drive design, documentation, and hands-on implementation of optimized business processes and system changes to ensure integration and adoption.
- Operate independently to identify issues, propose solutions, and drive initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree or above from a top tier university in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- 8+ years of progressive experience as a Business Systems Analyst, with a strong focus on enterprise applications.
- Minimum of 5+ years of hands-on experience implementing, customizing, and optimizing Salesforce solutions, with deep functional and technical understanding of Sales Cloud, CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote), and Community Cloud.
- Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering complex, enterprise level digital transformation programs from initiation to hyper care support.
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with a demonstrated ability to effectively interact, influence, and build strong relationships with business leaders, Business Operations teams, and technical counterparts.
- Demonstrated ability to define complex design solutions and create comprehensive, well articulated technical requirement proposals.
- Expert level understanding and practical application of Agile/Scrum methodologies, capable of driving agile ceremonies and serving as a subject matter expert within an agile framework.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously, proactively identifying challenges, proposing solutions, and driving initiatives with minimal supervision.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities.
