Manager

• Sie überwachen die Einhaltung der vereinbarten SLAs zu Kunden und Dienstleister.
• Hierfür erstellen Sie interne und externe Reports und bringen sich aktiv in die Weiterentwicklung unserer IT-Service Management Prozesse ein.
• Sie koordinieren und verantworten Service-Review Meetings mit unseren Kunden, identifizieren Verbesserungspotenziale in unseren Prozessen und verfolgen deren Umsetzung.
• Als Teil des IT-Support Teams fungieren Sie als Schnittstelle zu anderen Abteilungen.
• Als IT-Service Manager befassen Sie sich mit unserem Incident-, Problem-, Change- und Capacity-Management.
• Im Rahmen unseres Incident-Management Prozesses führen Sie die Kommunikation zu Kunden und bereiten die Kommunikation zu Aufsichtsbehörden vor.
• Sie bringen sich aktiv in der Betreuung unserer Großkunden ein.

IT-Service Manager – m/w/d

• You monitor adherence to the agreed SLAs with customers and service providers.
• To do this, you produce internal and external reports and actively contribute to the further development of our IT service management processes.
• You coordinate and own service review meetings with our customers, identify improvement opportunities in our processes, and track their implementation.
• As part of the IT support team, you act as an interface to other departments.
• As IT Service Manager, you handle our incident, problem, change, and capacity management.
• Within our incident management process, you manage communication with customers and prepare communications to supervisory authorities.
• You actively participate in the support of our key accounts.

• Ensure correct configuration of network, computing and security systems
• Plan and execute software deployments
• Ensure smooth network operations for cashless payment processing
• Evaluate, plan and carry out a variety of project tasks
• Proactively introduce new technology trends by evaluating and implementing new tools
• Work closely with the Development and Product Owner teams

IT Operations Engineer

• Develop and maintain the product strategy for POS terminals, mobile payment solutions and payment services in the EV charging environment
• Derive a clear product roadmap based on market trends, regulatory requirements (e.g. ZAG, DORA, PCI DSS, DK specifications) and customer needs
• Profitability analyses, business cases and pricing models
• End-to-end responsibility for product development processes (from discovery through concept to rollout)
• Prioritization and refinement of the product backlog
• Establish and maintain partnerships with terminal manufacturers, POS system vendors, PSPs, acquirers, EV charging backends, wallet providers and mobility providers
