About the role
- You monitor adherence to the agreed SLAs with customers and service providers.
- To do this, you produce internal and external reports and actively contribute to the further development of our IT service management processes.
- You coordinate and own service review meetings with our customers, identify improvement opportunities in our processes, and track their implementation.
- As part of the IT support team, you act as an interface to other departments.
- As IT Service Manager, you handle our incident, problem, change, and capacity management.
- Within our incident management process, you manage communication with customers and prepare communications to supervisory authorities.
- You actively participate in the support of our key accounts.
Requirements
- Degree in a scientific discipline / computer science or an equivalent qualification.
- Several years of experience in IT service management according to common standards such as ITIL v4, ISO/IEC 20000, FitSM, Service Lifecycle.
- Knowledge in defining, monitoring, and evaluating service and performance metrics.
- Basic knowledge of IT compliance and IT security.
- Excellent written and spoken German and English.
