About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • You monitor adherence to the agreed SLAs with customers and service providers.
  • To do this, you produce internal and external reports and actively contribute to the further development of our IT service management processes.
  • You coordinate and own service review meetings with our customers, identify improvement opportunities in our processes, and track their implementation.
  • As part of the IT support team, you act as an interface to other departments.
  • As IT Service Manager, you handle our incident, problem, change, and capacity management.
  • Within our incident management process, you manage communication with customers and prepare communications to supervisory authorities.
  • You actively participate in the support of our key accounts.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Degree in a scientific discipline / computer science or an equivalent qualification.
  • Several years of experience in IT service management according to common standards such as ITIL v4, ISO/IEC 20000, FitSM, Service Lifecycle.
  • Knowledge in defining, monitoring, and evaluating service and performance metrics.
  • Basic knowledge of IT compliance and IT security.
  • Excellent written and spoken German and English.
