About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop and maintain the product strategy for POS terminals, mobile payment solutions and payment services in the EV charging environment
Derive a clear product roadmap based on market trends, regulatory requirements (e.g. ZAG, DORA, PCI DSS, DK specifications) and customer needs
Profitability analyses, business cases and pricing models
End-to-end responsibility for product development processes (from discovery through concept to rollout)
Prioritization and refinement of the product backlog
Establish and maintain partnerships with terminal manufacturers, POS system vendors, PSPs, acquirers, EV charging backends, wallet providers and mobility providers

Requirements

What you’ll need

Several years of experience in product management
Technical understanding of APIs, end devices and backend systems
Strong ownership mentality and structured thinking
Excellent communication skills when dealing with internal stakeholders, manufacturers, acquirers and partners
Very good German and English language skills
Experience dealing with regulatory requirements is a plus
