About the role
- Engage with inbound hot leads (primarily entrepreneurs and small business owners) via phone and virtual meetings to assess debt challenges and build rapport
- Present tailored debt solutions including debt consolidation loans, interest rate negotiations, debt restructuring, or repayment plans
- Educate clients on financial strategies and explain benefits of consolidation and repayment restructuring
- Collaborate with internal Coral Springs teams to process loan applications, ensure compliance with lending regulations, and facilitate funding or approvals
- Maintain accurate CRM records, follow up to nurture leads, and close deals
- Stay informed about debt management trends, financial products, and local market dynamics in Coral Springs
- Over time, mentor new team members, develop training protocols, and build a high-performing sales team
Requirements
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with a youthful, energetic, and highly presentable demeanor
- Financial literacy strongly preferred (banking, finance, lending, credit counseling, or financial sales experience preferred)
- Proven leadership experience (e.g., president of a student club, student body leader)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, phone-based sales environment
- Proficiency in CRM software
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Proficiency with virtual meeting tools
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred (ability to substitute experience for education)
- Ability to work in or near Coral Springs, Florida; adaptable to hybrid or in-office work environment
