Collaborate with project stakeholders to offer design support such as layout recommendations and shop drawings for integration into construction timelines.
Track sales performance, maintain accurate records of deals and client interactions, and report on progress toward quarterly and annual targets.
Stay informed on industry trends in multifamily construction and kitchen design to position offerings competitively.
Ensure exceptional customer service post-sale, including follow-up during installation phases and addressing on-site issues to foster long-term relationships.
Operate 100% on the road, traveling daily between job sites and multifamily developments in the New York area with no office-based work.
Requirements
Proven sales experience; preference for construction sales; kitchen/cabinet sales or installations highly desirable.
Bachelor's degree in Sales, Construction Management, Business, or related field; or equivalent professional experience.
Familiarity with multifamily development projects, site logistics, timelines, and stakeholder dynamics in the New York market.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to present technical product details to non-experts.
Self-motivated and results-oriented with track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in field-based environment.
Comfortable with 100% on-the-road role requiring daily travel to New York-area construction sites; flexibility for occasional evenings or weekends.

Benefits
