Account Manager

• Negotiate and manage a seven-digit annual invoiced revenue portfolio across multiple affiliate partners
• Analyse large data sets and performance reports to optimise campaigns and negotiate commercial terms
• Develop and sustain strong, long-term partner relationships, acting as the main commercial point of contact
• Negotiate commercial terms (payouts, commission plans, budgets) and manage partner expectations to create sustainable, mutually beneficial agreements
• Coordinate day-to-day relationships with partners, including commercial, legal, financial and marketing aspects
• Prospect, qualify and onboard new advertisers that are a strong fit for our verticals
• Constantly analyse the market and competitive landscape and translate insights into concrete actions for your portfolio
• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to optimise performance and implement improvements
• Travel to industry conferences and partner meetings to represent We Love X, meet clients and strengthen partnerships
