About the role
- Work side by side with our internal and client team to develop and execute social strategies, helping to create best-in-class content to establish the brand as an industry leading account on key platforms
- Build, manage, execute and social content plans, channel strategies and calendars across always-on and campaigns that speaks to key moments in culture and ensure optimal execution of platform features (sounds, hashtags, filters, etc) and best practices
- Have a thorough understanding of the brand compass and the social strategy and how it plays out in your day-to-day role
- Lead tactical creative briefs by channel, audience and content pillar in partnership with Strategy team
- Understand the ins-and-outs of channel updates and form POVs to share implications for internal and external partners
- Regularly guide a variety of brands on reactive content opportunities and create rationale for clients
- Lead a social media audits and research deepdives in partnership with R&I teams and present back to clients
- Can confidently be the “voice of Gen Z” to clients and internal teams
- Trusted team player who can provide constructive feedback to internal teams with tact to improve quality of work
- Stay ahead of AI tools and trends and leverage features to supercharge workflow, synthesize research and iterate on strategic frameworks, insights and audience personas
Requirements
- Serial social media user who can show a deep understanding of key platforms
- Deeply passionate about culture, trends, fandoms and communities
- Creative brief and content planning experience
- Confident research capabilities
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to interface with clients across contexts
- Effective communication skills
