About the role

  • Serve as the primary Salesforce system administrator, managing user accounts, reports, dashboards, workflows, and routine tasks
  • Customize and configure Salesforce including page layouts, fields, tabs, and business processes
  • Develop and implement custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, JavaScript, Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura Components
  • Maintain data integrity with regular audits, cleanups, and management of data feeds and integrations
  • Automate business processes and develop custom automation solutions
  • Oversee security settings, conduct audits, and maintain security measures
  • Monitor system performance, manage licenses, and track user activity
  • Lead development and execution of Salesforce strategy to enhance member engagement, loyalty, and retention
  • Collaborate across departments and with IT and vendors to integrate business needs and ensure secure integrations
  • Analyze member data to refine strategies and improve customer satisfaction and business performance
  • Ensure Salesforce practices comply with data protection laws and industry regulations
  • Report directly to the Vice President of Core Processes & Integration and engage regularly with Information department staff

Requirements

  • Requires a Salesforce Administrator certificate OR 2-5 years of Salesforce administration and customization experience
  • Salesforce Platform Developer I preferred
  • A minimum of 2-3 years working in a financial institution required
  • Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce and Javascript
  • Experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura Components
  • Ability to work with a wide range of personalities in a courteous, effective, and efficient manner
  • Ability to attend to numerous details, with frequent interruptions, under the stress of maintaining courteous, accurate and timely relations
  • Knowledge and ability to apply current financial service industry standards, laws, and regulations
  • Ability to present ideas, report facts and other information clearly and concisely
  • Proficient knowledge of the Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Proficient operation of a variety of general office equipment (computer, copier, calculator, telephone, fax)
