About the role

  • Own the customer relationship for SMB and mid-market customers to ensure value realization, renewals, and expansion with Solis.
  • Partner with executives and stakeholders to align cybersecurity services with business outcomes.
  • Lead executive business reviews (QBRs/EBRs), showcase ROI, and align future roadmap.
  • Proactively manage renewals to minimize risk and maximize retention.
  • Identify and advance expansion initiatives to contribute to revenue growth.
  • Serve as trusted advisor and primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients, leading strategic conversations and developing tailored success plans.
  • Collaborate closely with Service Delivery and Operations teams to champion customer needs and track account health, risks, and growth using CRM tools.

Requirements

  • A background in cybersecurity, SaaS or MSSP
  • Demonstrated success in renewal execution and expansion motions
  • Strong communication skills being able to build long lasting relationships
  • Experience using CRM tools to track and forecast account health, risks, and growth potential
